Configurable Welcome Message
Create a personalised welcome message that appears privately when a player connects.
Configure:
- Whether the welcome is enabled
- One or multiple message lines
- Message wording
- RGB colour
- Server information or instructions
The welcome is visible only to the connecting player and is not sent through Global or Local chat.
Optional Job Integrations
Law and Doctor channels are not enabled by default, and no LRRP job resource is required.
The supplied escrow-ignored integration adapter can connect:
- Law resources
- Medical resources
- Duty systems
- Custom job systems
- Server-specific permission systems
Access remains verified through protected server-side logic. Custom browser or client changes cannot grant access to restricted channels.
Additional resources may also register entirely new chat modes through the provided integration support.
Optional LRRP Signs Integration
LRRP Signs is completely optional.
When installed, LRRP Chat automatically sends Local overhead text through the LRRP Signs /me renderer. If Signs is absent, Chat seamlessly uses its own standalone renderer.
Neither resource depends on the other.
Installation
A comprehensive installation, configuration, updating and troubleshooting guide is included.
Delete the original folder at:
resources/gameplay/chat
Then install the supplied resource as:
